Our dedicated teams of law costs draftsmen are responsible for drafting bills, schedules and estimates, along with negotiating settlements of costs for claimant and defendant cases on behalf of solicitors/insurers.
Dealing with the assessment process, our costs draftsmen are responsible for preparation of trial bundles and instructions to counsel(where necessary).
In addition to the usual administrative tasks that would traditionally be undertaken within a firm of solicitors, our case administrators work closely with the law costs draftsmen to ensure that our strict deadlines and client service level agreements are met.
