C:IQ is the first ‘boutique’ Debt Collection Agency specialising in Consultative Collection techniques designed to prompt contact and encourage commitment from those in debt.

We do not have hundreds of collectors, we do not pretend to be able to deal with 000s of accounts on a daily basis and we do not aim to act for hundreds of clients – we aim to act for you.

C:IQ believe that debt recovery has become too process driven, too ‘one size, fits all’ and, as a result, accounts are forced through a restricted pipeline process that ignores the differences between them.

Our staff are highly experienced in assessing the merits of each case and making decisions based on those circumstances.
