History

The current management of C:IQ were originally employed by a group of companies who provide Insurance solutions to the commercial and consumer market. A byproduct of being one of the top 10 Insurance brokers in the country was the increased debt levels that came with it.

Initially the insurance brokerages employed Debt Collection Agencies to provide support to our credit control team, but despite using a number of suppliers the results were disappointing.

At C:IQ we felt that our clients deserved a more focused and individual approach and the best way to ensure that service was to do it ourselves.

C:IQ felt the results surpassed even our own expectations resulting in us extending the range of our services to meet the requirements of other businesses and industries using the same focused and individual approach.
