| Description | The ideal candidate will profitably assist with the management of a caseload of Personal Injury or Civil Cost claims, ensuring that all of the work carried out is of the highest standard. 1) Working within CIQ's standard service levels and/or those applicable to particular accounts 2) Managing files and ensuring that all time spent is accurately recorded 3) Managing files to ensure that all payments made and received are accurately recorded and procedures relating to payment of disbursements and damages are followed without exception 4) Monitor and manage own compliance with target in respect of income and drafting |
| Skills Required | 1) Law degree and/or experience of Personal Injury Work for either a Solicitors firm or an Insurer 2) LPC is desirable 3) Ability to use CostMaster software is desirable 4) Maths and English to GCSE C grade or above Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5) IT Literate 6) Strong attention to detail 7) Good organisational skills 8) Ability to manage a diary system and prioritise own workload In return you will have the opportunity to develop your career whilst enjoying working in the heart of the city centre.
